  12.           pnmcut x y width height [pnmfile]

  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.           Reads a portable anymap as input.  Extracts the specified
  16.           rectangle, and produces a portable anymap as output.  The x
  17.           and y can be negative, in which case they are interpreted
  18.           relative to the right and bottom of the anymap,
  19.           respectively.
